Joining the R3 Alliance program means you’re stepping into a proven system designed for streamlined patient care, marketing coverage and advanced regenerative medicine. But before you begin, there are a few key requirements to meet.
Ultrasound-Guided Joint Injections
To meet R3 Alliance’s protocol, you’ll need the skills to perform ultrasound-guided joint injections. If you’re not certified yet, we offer an in-person MSK Ultrasound-Guided Injection Course:
Duration: 1-2 days
Day 1: Upper Body Focus
Day 2: Lower Body Focus
CME Credits: 8 per day
Timing: Full-day sessions (8–9 hours), with breakfast and lunch included.

PRP Preparation
To prepare and spin PRP, you’ll need access to the right tools and know-how. Here’s how we make it easy:

Training: Enroll in our Comprehensive Stem Cell Course, led by Dr. Greene himself.

IV Administration
Every patient in the R3 program receives a Myers Cocktail Multivitamin IV before their procedure. This step ensures the body is hydrated and packed with essential vitamins for optimal outcomes. To meet this requirement, you must:
